The tale and turmoil of Sleeping Dogs has been told many a time. It was originally supposed to be Activision's True Crime, before the publisher pulled the plug on it close to completion. Fortunately Square Enix has picked up this title, gave it a new name, and made damn sure that people got to play it. After seeing what I played at E3 there will be reason for gamers to celebrate.

Zombies have become the go-to thing when it comes to threats in the video game world. It took a crazed video game director and a cult filmmaker to add a sort of pizzazz we have never seen in this genre. The duo of Suda51 (No More Heroes, Shadows of the Damned) and James Gunn (Tromeo & Juliet, Slither) decided to have their ideas make sweet love to one another, creating a love child that plays to the strengths of both fanbases. This child would be known as Lollipop Chainsaw, a hilarious zombie gore fest that dared to be different in the best ways possible.

The world of Shrek has entertained millions of people around the world. Now the folks at Beeline Interactive want to bring that world to your tablets and smartphones.

One of last year's biggest games is already coming out with a sequel.

The world of Scribblenauts has enthralled gamers on their DS systems and iOS phones. At the end of the year the unique franchise hits the WiiU with its latest incarnation: Scribblenauts Unlimited.
