"Boondock Saints" Video Game Is Officially Coming...

A visit to the Critical Mass Interactive website revealed that they have gained the rights to adapt a video game version of the cult classic film The Boondock Saints. The 1999 film, starring Willem Dafoe, Sean Patrick Flanery, Norman Reedus, and Billy Connolly, starred two brothers who become vigilantes and take down all forms of evil around the Boston cityscape.
While no official release date or plot line have been announced, it appears that Critical Mass Interactive -- along with some of the film's cast members -- will be revealing more info at this year's South By Southwest Festival. The reveal will take place on Sunday, March 11 on the Arcade Stage at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, TX, with the official announcement happening sometime between 12-7 p.m.
