Shameless Tuesdays: Livre 45 | Felixity
Every decade, there's a voice that shines brightly in the pop world. The likes of Madonna, Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Katy Perry, and Rhianna have made their mark via powerful melodies and deep lyrics. From the streets of London resides a new voice that could very well stand toe-to-toe with these greats. Her name: Felixity.
Her debut album Love Sick is forty minutes of soulful vocals, killer beats, and powerful imagery. Love, death, lust, and the ordinary moments of everyday life are on the mind of Felixity, who sings these subjects with a fire in her throat and a razor blade in the heart. While one cannot predict the musical landscapes these days, what Love Sick delivers is a mountain-high level of talent and potential! To ease all of our lovesick woes, Felixity is taking control of this week's Shameless Tuesdays!
Here's what Felixity has to say about this week's playlist:
These song are in my heavy rotation. There’s so much good music in the UK aswell and I love supporting that. Kyozo is a good friend of mine and besides throwing the best house parties he makes the nicest music, his voice is super unique and I love his vibe. Perfect for the summer.
Santino Le Saint is a genius and has managed to do what The Weeknd did all those years ago in the freshest way. He’s another artists from London and I love that he’s got an American sound but does it in his own way.
I’ve been a fan of Etta Bond for ages, her music is so different and she’s such a versatile artist, she’s doing it for the females out there and I support it all the way.
The playlist is somewhere between dark and wavey with some perfect summer tracks.
