Shameless Tuesdays: Livre 86 | Black Rose Burning

Who says there's no soul in goth music? New York City's Black Rose Burning brings soothing vocals to the forefront of its dark melodies. Fronted by multi-instrumentalist George Grant, the band lets the night beckon its calls on their sophomore release The Wheel. From the love-sickened "Antonia" to the cyberpunk-y "Black Sun Saturday", the album finds a sliver of light in a world cased in black. With The Wheel rolling into record stores all over the world, Black Rose Burning now set their eyes on this week's Shameless Tuesdays!

Here's what George has to say about this week's playlist:

"These are some of my favourite artists - past and present. This represents a pretty good cross section of what I’m into and listening to most days. Some I have worked with in the past and some I have yet to work with. Each one of these songs is probably one that I adore the most. Post Punk, Goth and Progressive at it’s very best, in my opinion. I hope you will enjoy them - and I hope to see you all on the road!"
